I-80/90 in Steuben County on the Indiana Toll Road (mile marker 142 and 143) -
Clear Path I-465/I-69 on the northeast side of Indianapolis
Progression of penalties:

First violation: Zero-fine warning

Second violation: $75 civil fine
-
Third and subsequent violations: $150 civil fine
Collected penalties go into the state’s General Fund.
